Deposit
5% required to reserve. 20% due 180 days before arrival. Balance due 60 days before arrival.
Security Deposit
Fully refundable after check-out inspection with no damage.
Minimum Stay
3 nights for all group bookings.
Smaller Groups Welcome
Groups of fewer than 6 are absolutely welcome — you still get the whole house to yourselves. Since the entire house is reserved just for your group, a $600 per night minimum applies, the same as if you had 6 guests.
